Q & A

WHY US?
If your goal is to remain physically capable, resilient, and in control—without wasting time or risking injury—then yes.
My clients don’t come to “get fit.” They come to protect and develop their physical performance over the long term.
Why do you mainly work with women & men over 40?
Because at this stage, training either builds you up—or slowly breaks you down.
I understand the physical, hormonal, and mental realities of this phase of life and design training that is precise, not excessive.
How individual is your coaching really?
I don’t work with templates or generic plans.
Every session is prepared. Every load is intentional.
What works today is reassessed tomorrow—based on how your body actually responds.
How much time do I realistically need to invest?
Most clients train 2–3 hours per week.
The real value lies not in more volume—but in avoiding the wrong stimulus.
Efficiency comes from precision.
What results can I expect?
You’ll feel more stable, capable, and physically present.
Pain diminishes. Energy increases.
Your body starts working with you again—not against you.
This is not a short-term peak, but a state we build and maintain.
Is your focus aesthetics or performance?
Aesthetics are a by-product.
My priority is function, control, and resilience.
My clients aren’t trying to impress—they want to move with confidence and certainty
Is your focus aesthetics or performance?
Yes.
Sustainable results require structure and consistency.
I don’t work session-to-session, but within clearly defined frameworks.
Who is this not for?
This is not for individuals who:
-
seek motivation rather than structure
-
chase short-term extremes
-
prioritize price over quality
